Vanilla Almond Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Milk Pulp

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Almond flour or Coconut flour

6 soaked and pitted Medipol Dates

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

dash Sea Salt

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until the "dough" is the same texture and consistency of sugar cookie dough

2You may need to add a little more flour, but start with the given amount

3Work dough into a cookie press canister, select a cookie shape, and seal the press

4Place cookies onto your Excalibur Paraflexx lined dehydrator tray

5Press as many cookies as the dough will make

6Dehydrate the cookies at 115 degree F for 8 hours, flipping once halfway through the dehydrate process
