Pumpkin Pie Leather Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups pureed Pumpkin

2 cups unsweetened Applesauce

2 cups canned Coconut Milk

4 Medjool Dates

1/4 cup Honey

1 tsp ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground Allspice

Directions

1Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

2Spread mixture onto Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays. The mixture should be spread evenly and only about 1/4” thick.

3Dry at 125 degrees F for 6-8 hours or until leathery

4Let fruit leather cool & cut into strips.
