Pumpkin Granola

  

Pumpkin Granola Recipe

Ingredients

5 cups Rolled Oats

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 cup Golden Raisins

1/2 cup Pecans

1/2 cup Almonds

1/4 cup Flax Seeds

1/4 cup Flaked Coconut

1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree

3/4 cup Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 tsp Cinnamon

1 pinch Salt

Directions

1In a large bowl mix together your oats, pumpkin seeds, raisins, flax seeds, coconut, pecans, almonds, spices and salt. Stir.

2In a smaller bowl, combine your maple syrup, coconut oil & pumpkin puree.

3Whisk together until it is well combined.

4Pour mixture over oat mixture & stir immediately. Mix until all pieces are well coated.

5Spread mixture evenly onto a Paraflexx™ lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray.

6Dry at 115 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until all clusters are crisp. Break larger clusters up into smaller bite sized pieces.
