Powdered Eggs Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs

Ingredients

1/2 dozen Eggs

Directions

1In a blender whip eggs

2Then scramble eggs using a non-stick frying pan

3Place eggs on your Excalibur® dehydrating trays

4Dehydrate at 145°F for 4- 6 hours until dry and brittle

5Place dried eggs into a food processor or blender and process into a powder
