Jerky Venison

Try this recipe for one of the most popular uses of venison.

  • Prep: 12 hrs
  • Dehydrate: 12 hrs

Ingredients

6-8 lbs Venison

2 tbsp Liquid Smoke

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp MSG (optional)

1 tbsp Garlic powder

1-2 quarts Soy sauce

1-2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions

1Cut meat into 3/16

2Mix all the ingredients together and then marinate the meat in seasoning mixture for 4-10 hours.

3Dry at 155F, until the meat cracks.
