Cherry Leather

Ingredients

2 cups frozen dark sweet Cherries

1 cup applesauce

1 tbsp pure Honey

Directions

1Thaw cherries about 5 minutes.

2Puree the cherries, applesauce and honey in a blender until smooth.

3Line your Excalibur Dehydrator tray with a Paraflexx® sheet.

4Spread the puree evenly onto trays keeping it approximately 1/8”-1/4" thick throughout. Keep fruit leather puree about 2 inches from the edges to avoid any run-off.

5Dry at 125º F for 6-8 hours or until leathery.
