Carrot Straws Recipe

  • Prep: 30 mins
  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs

Ingredients

3 cups Carrot sticks (batonnet or julienne cut)

1 tsp Sea salt

2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

1In a bowl toss carrots in olive oil

2Then sprinkle sea salt and toss

3Place carrots on you Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray

4Dry at 125 degrees F for 6 hours or until crispy
