Ingredients

1 cup Dried cranberries

1 1/2 cups Sugar

2 Whole cloves

3 Lemons, juiced

5 quarts Water

3 cup Cinnamon red hots

2 cups Orange Juice

Directions

1Cook cranberries in 1 quart water to extract the juice. Strain cranberries, reserving juice only.

2Cook 1 quart water, sugar, red hots, and cloves until dissolved to liquid. Add cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and 3 quarts hot water.

3Strain through cheesecloth to obtain clear liquid.
