Raw Sweet Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Psyllium Husk (ground)

1 cup Dates (soft)

2/3 cup Raisins

1 large Apple (peeled, cored, roughly chopped)

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Flax Meal (ground)

1/2 cup Pecans

1 medium Orange (peeled)

1 tsp Orange Zest (outer orange peel)

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

1Add all ingredients to your food processor except raisins, psyllium husk and flaxseed meal

2Process very well. Then add raisins and process again until raisins are well distributed throughout mixture

3Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add psyllium husk and flaxseed meal. Stir well

4Next form into two small loaves

5Dehydrate in your Excalibur® dehydrator for one hour on high and then reduce to 110 degrees F and dry for a additional 4-5 hours
