Passion Strawberry Fruit Leather

Ingredients

2 cups fresh Strawberries

3/4 cup Applesauce

2 tbsp Passion Fruit Juice

Directions

1Wash then remove the stem and chop strawberries

2Then puree chopped strawberries with the applesauce and passion fruit juice

3Pour mixture in a single layer on a Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray

4Dry at 130 degrees F for 8 hours or until leathery

5Let leather cool, cut with a spatula and roll into cylinders

6Store in an air tight container
