10 Tomatoes, Plum / Roma
Directions
1Cut Tomatoes lengthwise. Into 8 to 12 wedges each.
2Place skin side down on drying trays. Load trays into Excalibur.
3Dry at 130F for 20 to 24 hours.
4Tomatoes are dry when the tomato wedge feels dry and is slightly pliable. No sign of moisture should be inside the tomoto when broken open
