Granolas & Trail Mixes
Pumpkin Granola Recipe
3 cups gluten-free Oats
3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, liquid state
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
1/2 cup Walnut pieces
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Raisins
1In a large bowl mix together your oats, walnuts, flax, pumpkin seeds and spices. Stir.
2In a smaller bowl, combine your maple syrup, coconut oil & pumpkin puree
3Whisk together until it is well combined
4Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and stir until your oats mixture is completely coated
5Spread evenly on Paraflexx® lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray
6Dry at 115º F for about 24 hours or until light brown and crisp
7Stir in the raisins to your finished granola. Store in an air tight container
