Dehydrated Vegetables & Beef Stew Recipe
3 cups boiling Water
1/2 cup dried Carrot slices
1/2 cup dried Green Beans
1/2 cup dried Parsnip slices
1/4 cup Flour
1 pinch Salt and Pepper
1 cups dried Meat cubes
1/2 cup dried Peas
1/2 cup dried Celery slices
1 tbsp dried chopped Onion
1/4 cup Water
1Using your Excalibur Dehydrator, dehydrate all vegetables and meat prior to making soup
2Dehydrate vegetables at 125-135 degrees F for 6-12 hours or until dry
3Dry meat at 155-165 degrees F for 6-8 hours or until dry
4Place meat in a soup pot and cover with water
5Simmer for 1 hour then add vegetables and simmer for an additional 30 minutes
6Mix flour and water then stir into the stew and cook
7Continue stirring until stew is thick
8Add salt and pepper
