Dehydrated Chicken Recipe
10 pounds Chicken Breast
1Place the chicken breast in a brine or oil-free marinade for 24-48 hours
2Pressure cook the chicken breasts for 8-12 minutes until done
3Let cool and cut the chicken breasts into thin, small slices against the grain
4Place slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray and dry at 125 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until dry
5Store in an airtight container
