2 cups Cranberries
1/3 cup Water
1Wash cranberries well.
2Combine cranberries and water in high speed blender and puree until you have a mostly smooth mixture.
3Spread cranberry puree on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper to avoid staining.
4Dry at 115° F for 10-14 hours or until very dry and brittle.
5Remove from dehydrator and cool completely.
6Break into pieces and blend in a high speed blender or coffee grinder until fine powder.
7Use a fine mesh strainer and sift powder through it. Run any remaining larger pieces through blender again.
8Store powder in an airtight container.
