Cinnamon Walnut Crunch Recipe

  • Prep: 4 hrs
  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


2 cups Walnuts, soaked overnight

3 tbsp Maple Syrup

pinch Sea Salt

1 tbsp Chia Seeds, ground

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

3 Bananas

3 Dates, pitted and chopped

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp shredded, dried Coconut

pinch ground Nutmeg


1Rinse and drain walnuts

2In a bowl, mix remaining ingredient

3Pour mixture over walnuts and mix well

4Spread mixture onto Excalibur Paraflexx lined dehydrator trays

5Then sprinkle with nutmeg

6Dehydrate at 110 degrees F for 4 hours

7Flip cinnamon walnut crunch and continue to dry for 8 hours or until dry and crunchy

8Cut into small squares and store in an airtight container
