Chili Seeds Recipe - recipe credit Sweetly Raw
3 cups Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch Chipotle or Cayenne to taste, desired flavor
3 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Palm Sugar
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1Soak the seeds in water for 4-6 hours
2Drain and rinse well
3Toss all ingredients together in a bowl
4Spread on Paraflexx® lined Excalibur dehydrator tray
5Dry at 115º F for 8-10 hours, or until crunchy and dry
