"Cheez-Its" Recipe
1 cup Sunflower Seeds, soaked in water for 4 hours
1 cup Almonds, soaked in water for 4 hours
1/4 cup ground Flax Seed
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Brazil Nuts, soaked in water for 4 hours
1 Tomato
1 cup diced Red Pepper
1 pinch Cumin
1Blend all ingredients until smooth
2Spread thin layer on Excalibur Paraflexx sheets or parchment paper
3Dehydrate for 24 hours at 120 degrees F
4After 8 hours or so, cut the crackers
5You can flip the crackers at that time too
