Broccoli Bites Recipe
2 cups Broccoli florets
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1 large Garlic clove
1 tbsp fresh Parsley
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Onions, chopped
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp fresh Nutmeg
1In an Omega Blender, grind sunflower seeds to a breadcrumb like consistency
2Add the rest of the ingredients to the ground sunflower seeds in the blender
3Process until the mixture turns into a paste
4Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
5Using a teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball with the palm of your hands
6Place each ball onto a Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray
7Dry at 125 degrees F
8Flip broccoli bites over halfway through dehydrating
9Dehydrate about 4-5 hours
