3Puree apples in blender. Add just enough water to get things moving in your blender.
4Spread the puree evenly onto ParaFlexx sheet lined trays keeping it approximately 1/8”-1/4" thick throughout. Keep fruit leather puree about 2 inches from the edges to avoid any run-off.
5Dry at 125º F for 10-14 hours or until completely crisp.
6Once cooled completely, break into pieces and grind into a fine powder using a high speed blender or coffee grinder.
7TIP: Once powdered, apple sugar can become clumpy in storage. It is best to store dried puree pieces in an air-tight container and powder it as you need it.
